COSMOETHIC PRODUCTION

INUNup boasts a R&D cosmetic laboratory able to support the customer from the consultancy and development of new projects up to the production.

CUSTOMIZATION AND DEVELOPMENT OF DEDICATED PRODUCTS

The INUNup R&D cosmetic laboratory is always available for the customization of existing formulas or the development of "custom made" products. After having agreed on the basic specifications, the lab proceed with the creation of prototypes and samples, with the search for packaging and with the creation of graphics and images. The products are always subjected to tests, chemical-physical and microbiological analyses, stability and compatibility tests, claim tests and efficacy tests, to verify compliance with the legal standards and deliver to the customer all the technical documentation necessary for the marketing of the product. 
The laboratory is equipped with rod stirrers, magnetic and heating plates, scales with various capacities, thermal scales, drop points, viscometers, pH-meters, thermostat-controlled stoves, pycnometers and solar boxes.
INUNup also makes use of accredited external laboratories to perform microbiological analyses, challenge tests, skin tolerance tests, dermatological tests, ophthalmological tests, heavy metal detection tests, claim tests, etc...

INDUSTRIALIZATION, START UP AND PRODUCTION TESTS

 INUNup has a research, development and industrialization department responsible for responding to customer needs related to the production and filling of cosmetic products. This department deals with the study, the development and the implementation of innovative technologies for the production of cosmetics, evaluates and chooses new opportunities for the development of processes, places plants and technologies within the existing processes and layouts, identifies the key parameters to justifying alternative solutions.
Thanks to the experience gained and the continuous search for solutions, INUNup shares and offers know-how and services with a high technological content. Its mission is to build true partnership with the customer, paying maximum attention to their needs, studying innovative, functional and economic solutions, providing technical support and integrating the knowledge with the specific skills of the customer himself, in a mix that becomes a real capacity for industrial innovation.

BULK AND SEMI-FINISHED PRODUCTION

 Bulk production represents the heart of the cosmetic production process, as it must faithfully reproduce, but in large quantities, the product sample approved by the customer. The INUNup production department is equipped with a wide range of instruments and machinery that allow to satisfy any need in terms of production batches, from the smallest to large quantities.

INUNup can supply its customers with bulks as semi-finished products, or carry out all supply chain operations up to the delivery of the finished product, even with bulks supplied by third parties.

REGULATORY

 The INUNup regulatory department works closely with the research and development laboratory to ensure the use of quality raw materials and the development of textures compliant with European Regulation 1223/2009.
Thanks to continuous regulatory updating, INUNup offers technical support to its customers, developing cosmetic formulations compliant with customer blacklists, the main market demands (Sephora clean and Credo clean) or international regulations such as China, Japan, USA.
It also deals with the revision of artwork, labels and everything that is developed during the project implementation phases, to ensure the correctness of the information reported on the new cosmetic products to be placed on the market.
The INUNup regulator is also able to create the PIF or, alternatively, to provide the customer with all the documentation necessary for its creation.
